Scouting Report
Cihar is a relentless winger who brings two-way value through his details. He competes and grinds on the forecheck, powers down on the backcheck to force dump-ins, completes his off-puck routes, and facilitates others with his movements and energy according to eliteprospects.com. Cihar has developed as a good offensive winger through many levels and will need to produce more on his current team in 2025-26. The projections for Cihar are a little scattered, but the Czechian forward should be drafted somewhere in the late second round.
