The Thunderbirds suffered their second straight loss as they lost to the Syracuse Crunch last night 8-3. They were outscored 17-7 in two games against the Crunch. Springfield dropped to 4-3-0-0 on the month and are now averaging 3.3 goals per game while allowing four goals per game. They beat Providence in both games this month winning on March 1st 4-3 in a shootout and then last Saturday 2-1.
