They moved to one point behind Charlotte and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton but are still six points behind Hershey for first place in the Atlantic Division. Tyler Pitlick and Riley Tufte each added a goal and an assist in the win last night.

The Comets picked up their fourth straight win last night. Despite likely not making the Calder Cup playoffs, not eliminated yet but 12 points out with seven games left. They’ve defeated teams in playoff spots beating Hershey twice, Toronto in overtime on Wednesday, and last night against Springfield. Throughout their four game winning streak they are averaging 4.5 goals per game while allowing 2.3 goals per game.
