The Lehigh Valley Phantoms today are re-signing Zayde Wisdom to a 2025-26 AHL contract. Wisdom was a restricted free agent who turned into an unrestricted free agent, and he returns to the Phantoms. The 23-year-old, in 68 games this season with Lehigh Valley, recorded 32 points on 13 goals and 19 assists. He was a plus-ten with two shorthanded goals, three-game winning goals, and 44 penalty minutes. In seven playoff games he had four points on three goals and an assist. he was a plus-five with two shorthanded goals, a game-winning goal, and four penalty minutes.

Zayde Wisdom

Wisdom has been with the Phantoms for four seasons, playing in 190 games. He has 63 points on 25 goals and 38 assists. He is a plus-eight with three power-play goals, two shorthanded goals, six game-winning goals, and 117 penalty minutes. Wisdom had a break in his four seasons with the Phantoms. In 2021-22, he played for the Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL. In 43 games, he had 38 points on nine goals and 29 assists. He was a plus-eight with 29 penalty minutes. Wisdom also played in six games for the Reading Royals of the ECHL in 2022-23. He had five points on a goal and four assists. Wisdom was an even in plus/minus with two penalty minutes. He also played in 11 Kelly Cup Playoff games for the Royals that season. Wisdom recorded eight points on four goals and four assists. He had six penalty minutes.
