Rochester Americans News & Notes:

The Americans forced a winner-take-all game five tonight. They improved to 5-2-0, averaging 3.7 goals per game while allowing 2.1 goals per game. Devon Levi stopped 22 of the 22 shots he faced in Wednesday’s loss. He is posting a 2.33 goals-against average and a .916 save percentage with two shutouts.

Laval Rocket News & Notes:

The Rocket lost their chance to advance on Friday night but have a chance to rebound and advance to the Eastern Conference Finals tonight. They dropped to 5-3-0 in the Calder Cup playoffs, averaging 3.1 goals per game while allowing 2.6 goals per game. Jacob Fowler got the start on Friday stopping ten of the 14 shots he faced. He is posting a 2.23 goals-against average and a .911 save percentage. Cayden Primeau also played Friday in relief stopping six of the seven shots he faced. He is posting a 2.73 goals-against average and a .906 save percentage.
