Texas Stars News & Notes:

The Stars hit the road with the series tied 1-1. It was their first loss in the playoffs as they are now 4-1-0, averaging 4.2 goals per game while allowing 2.8 goals per game. Magnus Hellberg got the start on Sunday, stopping 23 of the 29 shots he faced in the loss. He is posting a 2.85 goals-against average and a .889 save percentage. Remi Poirier is posting a 2.25 goals-against average, a .914 save percentage, and a shutout.

Milwaukee Admirals News & Notes:

The Admirals evened the series up with a 6-4 win on Sunday. They are 4-2-1 in the Calder Cup playoffs, averaging 3.4 goals per game while also allowing 3.4 goals per game. Matthew Murray is posting a 3.29 goals-against average and a .870 save percentage. He stopped 16 of the 20 shots he faced in Sunday’s win.

Keiffer Bellows and Ozzy Wiesblatt lead the team in points with seven. Bellows, Fedor Svechkov, and Jesse Ylonen lead in goals, as they all have three. Wiesblatt leads in assists with five. Spencer Statsney leads in plus/minus with a plus-six.
