Texas Stars News & Notes:

The Stars dropped game four in overtime 2-1 on Friday.  They are now 5-1-1, averaging four goals per game while allowing 2.4 goals per game. Remi Poirier stopped 22 of the 25 shots he faced in Friday’s loss. He is posting a 1.85 goals-against average, a .928 save percentage, and a shutout. Magnus Hellberg is posting a 2.85 goals-against average and a .889 save percentage. 

Milwaukee Admirals News & Notes:

The Admirals forced the winner-take-all game five tonight with an overtime win.  They are 5-3-1 in the Calder Cup playoffs, averaging three goals per game while also allowing 3.4 goals per game. Matthew Murray is posting a 3.22 goals-against average and a .876 save percentage. He stopped 23 of the 23 shots he faced in Friday’s win.
