
The Rockford IceHogs today signed three players to AHL contracts for one year. First, they signed goalie Owen Flores, then signed two forwards in Jamie Engelbert and Harrison Israels.

Owen Flores
Flores spent last season in the OHL with the Niagara IceDogs. In 47 games, he went 24-16-6 with a 3.82 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage. In five playoff games, he went 1-4-0 with a 4.55 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage.
Jamie Engelbert
Engelbert last season spent the majority of the season in the ECHL with the Bloomington Bison and South Carolina Stingrays. In 40 games, he had 32 points on 17 goals and 15 assists. He was a +14 with 30 penalty minutes. He also appeared in three games for the Manitoba Moose, scoring a goal. Before that, he spent five seasons at Providence College. In 145 games, he recorded 45 points on 24 goals and 21 assists. He was a +18 with 96 penalty minutes.
Harrison Israels
Israels played five seasons at the University of Alaska. In five seasons he played in 131 games he recorded 78 points on 43 goals and 35 assists. He was a +36 with 54 penalty minutes. He then spent seven games in the ECHL last season with the Florida Everblades. In seven games he had three points on a goal and two assists. He was a minus-one and had four penalty minutes.
