AHL: Utica Comets Recall Defenceman From Adirondack Thunder | 02/29/2024

The Utica Comets have announced that they have called up defenceman Colin Felix from the Adirondack Thunder. Felix, who is currently on an AHL deal with the Comets, will head back up to Utica for his third stint of the season, as he has played in 11 games with Utica this season. This is a big loss for the Thunder, especially as the face Felix’s former team, the Reading Royals, and so far this season, Felix has thrived against his former team, putting up two goals and five assists in eight games. The Former Minutemen defenceman has five goals and 13 assists for 18 points in 39 games with Adirondack.

With Felix up in Utica, expect Ryan Orgel to find his way back into the Thunder lineup. Orgel has five goals and seven assists for 12 points in 33 games this season for Adirondack. I would once again expect the Thunder to go 10-7 tomorrow night in Reading.
