The Detroit Red Wings suffered a tough loss last night to the Ottawa Senators 5-1, a game in which they were already without J.T. Compher; then, in the first period, Dylan Larkin sustained a brutal hit that had him unconscious on the ice; today, his results came back clear which is great news, but it’s not determined how long he will be out for. David Perron after the hit, went after one of the Senators players and drew a five-minute major game misconduct for his actions as it was deemed an intent to injure; on top of that, today, he got told he has an in-person hearing with player safety. With all of that, the Red Wings recalled three forwards from Grand Rapids, with Zach Aston-Reese, Austin Czarnik, and Jonatan Berggren coming ahead of tomorrow’s matchup against the Dallas Stars.
