ECHL: Adirondack Thunder Defenseman Heading Overseas

Adirondack Thunder Defenseman Brayden Crowder will be joining the Sydney Ice Dogs after the ECHL season and will remain on the Thunder roster at this time. Crowder has spent the last two seasons bouncing around the ECHL, spending time with the Wichita Thunder, Cincinnati Cyclones, Atlanta Gladiators, Allen Americans, Indy Fuel, and most recently, the Adirondack Thunder. In 70 ECHL games, the Sudbury, Ontario native put up two goals and seven assists for nine points, including a goal and an assist in 9 games with Adirondack.

The 25-year-old defenceman spent his collegiate career with the Miami University of Ohio Redhawks, where he put three goals and 12 assists in 95 games. This will be Crowders’ first time playing overseas.
