For the second straight day, the Utica Comets have called players up from the Adirondack Thunder as Timur Ibragimov and T.J. Friedmann were both called up to the Comets this morning. Ibragimov has continued to bounce back and forth between Utica and Adirondack since the beginning of January. In 30 games with the Comets, he’s put up six goals and six assists for 12 points; in Adirondack, he’s put up four goals and eight assists for 12 points in 14 games. The 26-year-old forward has played in 13 games with Adirondack this season, putting up four goals and one assist, and found the back of the net in his only game of the season with Utica back on November 14th vs Hartford Wolf Pack as Utica will host the Hershey Bears tomorrow night before heading to Connecticut to take on the Wolf Pack on Saturday Night.
