ECHL: Adirondack Thunder Transactions | 03/14/2025

The Adirondack Thunder have announced another college signing as they’ve signed forward Kaleb Ergang out of Ferris College. He was placed on reserve once being signed. Ergang, 24, finished this season with six goals and 15 assists for 21 points in 35 games and served as the team’s assistant captain. He finished the season second in assists and third in points for the Bulldogs. Throughout his four seasons with the Bulldogs, he put up 17 goals and 32 assists for 49 points in 109 games. Prior to playing in the NCAA, Ergang spent parts of five seasons in the AJHL with the Spuce Grove Saints, Okotoks Oilers, and Whitecourt Wolverines. In 165 games in the AJHL, the 5’10, 165lb winger would put up 42 goals and 73 assists for 115 points.

This signing doesn’t come as a surprise, as Head Coach Pete MacArthur mentioned last week that they were going to bring in a few more bodies to fill some roles. The Spruce Grove, Alberta native becomes the second player out of college to sign with the Thunder, after Isaiah Fox signed with the team last week. The newest Thunder winger will see a familiar face in the locker room, as Alex Young and Ergang played five games together during the 2019-20 season.

Gustav Muller Returns To The Lineup

Adirondack will get Gustav Muller back in the lineup after he missed all three games last weekend. In 15 games this season with Adirondack, the Swedish forward has two goals and three assists for five points. Prior to his injury, Muller had two assists in his last three games.
