ECHL: Atlanta Gladiators Announce 2024-25 Training Camp Roster

The Atlanta Gladiators have revealed their training camp roster. The training camp roster includes a total of 25 players, with eight defensemen, 15 forwards, and two goaltenders.

Alex Cohen (PTO) is well acquainted with the Atlanta Gladiators, having been called up to the ECHL team three separate times last season, where he appeared in 13 games. Alex Cohen started the 2023-24 season with the Evansville Thunderbolts in the SPHL. Later, he became a part of the Macon Mayhem, where he played in 46 games, scoring six goals and providing 12 assists, for a total of 18 points.

Bradley Jenion (TO) is a second-year professional defenseman known for his physical style of play. During the 2023-24 season with the Macon Mayhem, he played in 43 games, scoring one goal and providing 11 assists, totaling 12 points.

Brett Mecrones (TO) had a strong 2023-24 season with the Macon Mayhem in the SPHL, participating in 46 games and recording six goals and 12 assists for a total of 18 points.

Matt Clark (TO) played for the Birmingham Bulls in the SPHL during the 2023-24 season. In 46 games, he scored 4 goals and provided 12 assists, totaling 16 points for the season.

Connor Galloway, a native of Sugar Hill, GA, played as a forward for SUNY Brockport for the past three seasons. In the previous season, he took part in 25 games, scoring 4 goals and making 8 assists, totaling 12 points. Additionally, he served as the team captain during the 2022-23 season, where he achieved 12 goals and 16 assists across 23 games.


Training camp for the Atlanta Gladiators is now underway with some sessions open to the public. The Atlanta Gladiators have announced that training camp practices at the Ice Forum in Duluth are open to the public. These sessions are a great opportunity for fans to see their favorite players up close and get a glimpse of the team’s preparations for the season. Practices held at Gas South Arena, however, are closed to the public.
