Calisti, a 22-year-old from Toronto, has participated in 23 games this season with Kalamazoo, amassing 12 points (four goals and eight assists). In the previous season, he played in a combined 57 games between the Florida Everblades (42 games played, 10 goals, 12 assists, 22 points) and the Kalamazoo Wings (15 games played, 2 goals, 8 assists, 10 points).
Before joining the AHL, Calisti spent four seasons (2017-2022) as part of the Soo Greyhounds in the OHL. Over this period, he showcased his talents, scoring 41 goals and providing 7 assists across 195 games. During the 2021-2022 season, Calisti played a pivotal role in leading the SOO Greyhounds to the playoffs, where he featured in 10 games and contributed 1 goal and 5 assists.
The Atlanta Gladiators will have a busy schedule for the upcoming weekend. It begins with a rematch against the Florida Everblades at 7:30 PM on Friday. On Saturday evening, they will face the South Carolina Stingrays in a divisional match at 6:05 PM.
