ECHL: Atlanta Gladiators Roster Changes | 03/26/2024

Earlier today the ECHL announced that Spencer Kennedy (F) was released by the Atlanta Gladiators and that the team has also signed forward Josh Boyer.

During the 2020-21 season, Boyer accumulated eight points in his inaugural year at St. Lawrence following his transition from Omaha. Subsequently, Boyer contributed two goals and an assist in the Saints’ postseason campaign that year.

During the 2021-22 season, Boyer engaged in all 36 matches, achieving five goals and two assists, accumulating a total of seven points. In the following season, Boyer, as the team’s forward, contributed three goals and six assists across 37 games, totaling nine points, while also assuming the role of team captain.

Boyer transitioned to the St. Lawrence Saints after a two-year stint at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. During his time with the Mavericks, he competed in 36 games, securing three goals and providing two assists. Preceding his tenure in Omaha, Boyer split the 2018-19 season between the Madison Capitals and the Sioux City Musketeers, accumulating a total of 14 goals and 16 assists across 62 games.
