The Cincinnati Cyclones announced the following transactions on December 1st, 2024:

Added:

Pavel Cajan, G – recalled from Cleveland Monsters (AHL)

Cajan has been reassigned to Cincinnati after joining Cleveland last week due to Jet Greaves’s call-up to the NHL for a game. He has been Cincinnati’s best goaltender this season, posting a save percentage of 0.910 and allowing an average of 2.61 goals per game, despite holding a record of 1-3-1. His poor record is largely attributed to the Cyclones’ lackluster defense and their struggle to score goals, as they currently sit at 2-10-3 after 15 games, on pace for one of the worst records in franchise history.

Nick Isaacson, F – activated from Reserve

Isaacson has scored two goals and recorded one assist in 13 games this season, with a +/- stat of -3.

Deleted:

Jon Gillies, G – placed on Reserve

Gillies remains winless, holding a record of 0-3-1. He has allowed an average of 4.76 goals per game and has a save percentage of 0.849. This past Saturday, he gave up seven goals on the road against the Wheeling Nailers, who defeated the Cyclones 7-1. Jacob Frasca scored Cincinnati’s only goal that night, following a back-to-back loss against the Nailers, after falling 5-1 on Black Friday in Cincinnati.

Jacob Frasca, F – placed on bereavement leave

The Cyclones will host the Fort Wayne Komets this coming Wednesday night for Pucks n Pups Night, with the puck drop scheduled for 7:35 PM EST. Following this game, they will travel north to Fort Wayne to take on the Komets again on Friday night. Afterward, they will return home to host the Wheeling Nailers on Saturday in their fourth meeting of the young season. Currently, the Nailers lead the season series 3-0.
