ECHL: Cincinnati Cyclones Sign Forward

The Cincinnati Cyclones have announced that they have signed forward Jacob Durham to a contract for the remainder of the 2023-24 season. Durham has spent the last three seasons in USports as he spent two years playing for St.Mary’s University and this past season played at the Unversity of Windsor. In 73 games in USports, he put up 15 goals and 26 assists for 41 points, including a breakout year this season where he put up 12 goals and 18 assists for 30 points in 27 games. Prior to his time in USports, the Ontario native spent four seasons in the OHL with the Flint Firebirds, where he put up 75 goals and 84 assists for 159 points in 265 points, including 35 goals during the 2018-19 season.

Cincinnati also played defenceman Landon Cato on reserve. Cato has played in 21 games this season, putting up two assists. Cato, another Ontario native, spent four seasons with the four seasons with the Niagara IceDogs Prior to joining the Cyclones, including wearing the “C” during the last season with the IceDogs. In those four seasons, he had two goals and 19 assists for 21 points.
