ECHL: Greenville Swamp Rabbits Release Player Qualifying Offers For 2024-25 Season

Greenville, S.C. — With the 2024-25 season coming up, teams from across the league are making needed moves for players. Today, Monday July 8, the ECHL announced the list from all 28 teams with their player qualifying offers. All teams are allowed to make offers to a max of 8 players from the season-ending roster, which may include no more than four veterans (Players who’ve played over 260 regular season games); it also does not include players who have already been signed prior to the July 8 deadline. With every team comes the Greenville Swamp Rabbits club, who’ve released their player offers to three defenders and five forwards.

Brett Kemp (36GP)

Per the league, “The qualifying offer must remain open for acceptance until July 22 at which time the qualifying offer becomes null and void and the team may sign the qualified player to any salary or may elect to take no further action.” In addition, “If a restricted free agent is not signed to either an offer sheet or a contract by an ECHL team by August 8, the player shall be deemed an unrestricted free agent.”
