Sholl ended the season with the best goals-against average in HockeyAllsvenskan with a 2.22 goals-against average.

In Sholl’s previous seasons, he has been incredible for the Steelheads and any team he plays on. He is not necessarily the biggest goaltender standing at 6’0″, but he is able to read the puck and players shots incredibly well to make the saves he needs to make. Sholl has the ability to save his team when they make a mistake to help cover and hide the mistake so that it does not show up on the scoresheet in the form of a goal. The 2024-25 season will be Sholl’s fourth season in the ECHL and fourth season with the Idaho Steelheads.
