Michal Mrázik, originally from Liptovský Mikuláš, has recently made the decision to move abroad and has signed on with the Slovakian hockey team HK Propad for the 2024-25 season. After missing the 2023-24 season after an injury, he elected to take the season off to prioritize his health. Mrázik had previously participated in the 2022-23 season with the Atlanta Gladiators. During that season, he played 31 games and earned 13 points after tallying nine goals and four assists. Although Atlanta traded him to the Cincinnati Cyclones in June 2023, he was released before the start of the 2023-24 season.
Before joining the Gladiators roster, Mrázik competed in 38 matches with HC Košice, featuring in 29 games and accumulating 11 points through four goals and seven assists. His transition to Košice happened following the disbandment of the Bratislava Capitals team. During his time with the Capitals, he played in 9 games, securing three points by contributing two goals and one assist.
Coming from a junior hockey background in Sweden, he has also played in the SHL with Linköping. Mrázik is recognized for representing Slovakia in different international competitions and would participate in both the Under-18 World Cup in 2018 and 2019, as well as at the Under-20 World Cup in 2020 and 2021.
