The Worcester Railers have added a new face up front with the signing of forward Noah Kane for the 2025-26 season. Kane,25, began the season in Finland playing in 28 games with JoKP (Metis), where he put up seven goals and 11 assists for 18 points. He would return to the Cincinnati Cyclones for his stint after putting up two goals and four assists for six points at the end of the 2023-24 season. Kane would have one assist in 12 games before being traded to the Allen Americans. He finished the year with Allen, putting up two goals and eight assists for 10 points in 19 games. Kane is the ninth forward and 14th player signed for the 2025-26 season.
Prior to going pro, the Buffalo, NY, native spent parts of two seasons in the NAHL. He played in six games with the Corpus Christi Ice Rays at the end of the 2018-19 season, but had a breakout season the following year with the Maine Nordiques. In 54 games with the Nordiques, he put up 20 goals and 44 assists for 64 points as he led the NAHL in scoring.
“There’s a lot of excitement around the organization, staff, and the city,” Kane said. “It made my decision easier. You see how many guys re-signed too. This is somewhere guys want to be and want to play.”

Kane began his NCAA career at Mercyhurst University. In his two years with the Lakers, he would put nine goals and 11 assists for 20 points in 45 games. He would spend his final two years at Long Island University, where he put up 16 goals and 31 assists for 47 points in 67 games before going pro.
Kane Family Ties
Noah Kane is the cousin of Detroit Red Wings forward Patrick Kane, who spent 16 years with the Chicago Blackhawks before making a stop with the New York Rangers. Patrick Kane has put up 492 goals and 851 assists for 1,343 points in 1,302 games. He has also won three Stanley Cups during his time with the Blackhawks.
