
The Norfolk Admirals have announced that they’ve re-signed forward Brady Fleurent for the 2025-26 season. Fleurent, 31, led the Admirals last year with 30 goals and 47 assists for 77 points while playing in all 72 games last season. He was the only player to play in all 72 games regular season games last season. In 11 games during the 2025 Kelly Cup Playoffs, he put up two goals and seven assists for nine points. He’s been a massive piece to the Admirals lineup since joining the teaming on January 10th 2024, for his second stint in Norfolk. In 104 games since re-joining the Admirals, Fleurent has put up 43 goals and 63 assists for 109 points. The Admirals now have 10 forwards and four defenseman signed for the 2025-26 season.
The Biddeford, Maine, native is entering his seventh season in the ECHL as he’s spent time with the Atlanta Gladiators, South Carolina Stingrays, Wheeling Nailers, Wichita Thunder, Rapid City Rush, and Adirondack Thunder. Fleurent has put up 56 goals and 88 assists for 144 points in 209 career games. He’s added six goals and 11 assists for 17 points in 28 Kelly Cup Playoff games. Fleurent has also spent parts of five seasons at the SPHL level with the Knoxville Ice Bears. In 121 games with the Ice Bears, he’s put up 55 goals and 58 assists for 113 points. He has two goals and five career playoff games in the SPHL. Fleurent has spent five of his six seasons being coach by Jeff Carr.
“Getting our number one offensive player back is a big signing for us,” said Carr. “Brady is relied on for much more than just his offense. He drives our top penalty kill unit and is always out to end periods and games, whether behind or ahead.”

NCAA Career
Prior to going pro, Brady Fleurent spent four years in the NCAA with the University of New England. In 110 games with the Nor’easters, he put up 60 goals and 121 assists for 181 points. His best season came during the 2016-17 season, where he put up 18 goals and 35 assists for 53 points in 26 games. Fleurent- would lead the all of Divison III in assists and points. He was also named the NCAA III (CCC) Player of the Year, an award he would win twice during his collegiate career as he also won it in 2019. Fluerent was a three-time ACHA First Team All-American during his time at UNE. The Nor’easters won the NCAA (CCC) Championship in Fleurent’s last year with the team.
