ECHL: Rapid City Rush Announce 2024-25 Training Camp Roster

The Rapid City Rush have announced their 2024-25 training camp roster. The roster consists of 14 forwards, eight defensemen, and two goaltenders. Forwards Deni Goure, Trevor Janicke, and Connor Mylymok along with Holden Wale are all players that have been assigned to the Rush by the Calgary Wranglers.

Camp Invites/Tryouts

MacGregor Sinclair MacGregor Sinclair is a 6’0″ forward from Irma, Alberta. The 26 year old spent his 2023-24 season in the SPHL with the Birmingham Bulls. In 55 games, he had 14 goals and 17 assists for 31 points. He had 44 penalty minutes and a plus/minus of +14.

Grayson Valente Grayson Valente is a 6’3″ defenseman from Vancouver, British Columbia. The 24 year old spent the 2023-24 season in the SPHL with the Evansville Thunderbolts. In 47 games, Valente had four goals and nine assists for 13 points. He had 38 penalty minutes and a plus/minus of -4. Valente did attend Rapid City’s training camp last season and got to play in four games with the Rush before not making the final roster.

Danny Battochio Danny Battochio is a former Rush player who is most likely acting as an extra goaltender for the Rush. Battochio participated in training camp with the Rush last season as well.

Rapid City’s training camp started on October 7th, and will conclude with a scrimmage at 6:00 pm MT on October 12.
