ECHL: Reading Royals: Former University of Minnesota-Duluth Left Winger Re-Signs With Reading

On Monday, July 22nd, 2024 the Reading Royals announced that former University of Minnesota-Duluth Left Winger, Connor McMenamin, has re-signed for his first full professional season.

McMenamin came to Reading after his college season with the University of Minnesota-Duluth ended. With the University of Minnesota, he played in 35 games and tallied six goals and 15 assists. McMenamin played in 10 games with Reading in the 2023-2024 season, but with no points were accumulated. Prior to University of Minnesota-Duluth, McMenamin played four season with Penn State University, wearing the “A” in his last season. During his career at Penn State, McMenamin played in 129 games and tallied 24 goals with 42 assists.

McMenamin played in the USHL for the Sioux City Musketeers and Tri-City Storm prior to go playing in the NCAA. He dressed in 47 games for Sioux City and posted eight goals with 10 assists in the 2016-2017 season and assisted the team to playoffs where he played in one game. In the 2017-2018 season and 2018-2019 season, McMenamin played in a total of 108 games and posted 34 goals with 40 assists.
