The Reading Royals have announced the signing of forwards Jacob and Jordan Frasca for the 2025-26 season. Jacob, 22, is the youngest of the two brothers and just finished his first pro season with the Cincinnati Cyclones. In 53 games, he put up five goals and 10 assists for 15 points. Jordan, 24, played in just five games with the Atlanta Gladiators, which came at the end of the season. In those five games, he put up one goal and four assists for five points. Both players should turn out to be key pieces for Reading heading into the 2025-26 season. They are the second set of brothers to sign with the same team for next season, joining the Constanti Brothers.
Jacob Frasca

Prior to going pro, Jacob played four seasons in the OHL. During those four years, he spent time with the Barrie Colts and Soo Greyhounds. He spent the majority of his OHL career with the Colts, where he put up 44 goals and 62 assists in 106 games before being traded to the Greyhounds in January 2024. In 28 games with the Greyhounds, he had nine goals and 12 assists for 21 points. Jacob would add 10 goals and 14 assists for 24 points in 30 career OHL Playoff games.

He would see 11 games at the AHL level with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, but is still looking for his first AHL point.
