23-year-old defenseman Cole Moberg returned to the Syracuse Crunch in the AHL. His loan from Syracuse started on January 18th. He played in three games for the Crunch during his call-up, recording four penalty minutes and three shots on goal. This was his first call-up to the AHL this season. He returns to the Everblades blue line, where he’s played 32 games this season.

25-year-old forward Cam Morrison was recalled by the Charlotte Checkers, where he has spent most of his season. He had two goals and one assist against the Atlanta Gladiators in his three games before being recalled. Morrison played most of his minutes on the Everblades’ top line, so his absence will likely reunite Joe Pendenza, Oliver Chau, and Logan Lambdin. Morrison recorded five goals, one assist, and six points in his eight games for the Everblades this season.

I write for and photograph the Florida Everblades for ITR. I am a retiree that has turned my hobby of photography into a business. I currently live in Sarasota, Florida with my wife, Christy, but I'm originally from California. My previous career has taken me all over the US and the world and I definitely enjoy traveling. I've played hockey for over 30 years, learning as an adult, and love the game.
