Florida Everblades Transactions | 03/06/2024

The Florida Everblades’ management made a splash Wednesday, signing two defensemen out of college. These moves add much-needed depth to their depleted blue line from the loss of Cole Moberg, Nathan Staois, and Zach Uens to call-ups.

Adrien Bisson, 25, a native of Cornwall, ON, joins the Everblades from Mercyhurst University. Bisson played five years in college, the first three with the University of Maine and the last two with Mercyhurst. He played in 138 games, recording ten goals, 23 assists, and 78 penalty minutes.

He signed with the Everblades after playing 71 games in three years with Saint Mary’s; he recorded ten goals, 49 assists, and 62 penalty minutes. In 2020, MacPherson played 14 games for HK Slovan Levice in the Slovak 2. Liga, the Slovakian third tier of professional hockey, produced two goals, one assist, and 42 penalty minutes.

I've played hockey for over 30 years, learning as an adult, and love the game.
