Kings Player to Watch: Anze Kopitar  

Kopitar through the first two games has three points with all of those coming in game two on a goal and two assists. In the regular season in 81 games, he had 70 points on 26 goals and 44 assists. He had 23 points on the power play on nine goals and 14 assists. He was third on the Kings in points and assists and was fourth in goals.

Kopitar’s Line Assignments

Kempe will be on the top line with Adrian Kempe and Quinton Byfield. He will also play on the top power-play unit with Kempe, Viktor Arvidsson, Kevin Fiala, and Drew Doughty.

Kopitar’s career vs. Oilers

Kopitar in his career against Edmonton has played in 69 games recording 62 points on 17 goals and 45 assists. In the four matchups during the regular season, he had three points in four games all coming on assists.
