The Coyotes have found themselves back in the win column following an exciting 4-3 overtime victory Tuesday night against the Boston Bruins. Coyotes were facing a three game losing streak at home! In the last ten games, the Coyotes have been 6-4-0, along with the Calgary Flames gone 6-4-0, who they will face tonight.
Arizona Coyotes (20-17-2) vs Calgary Flames (18-18-5) will be a crucial game for the Coyotes as they’re coming up on the halfway point of their season. Coyotes have had a rough time finding their consistency this season, going on winning and losing streaks, but remain a .500 team.

Game Notes:
Arizona Coyotes
The Arizona Coyotes have themselves another young, exciting forward, Dylan Guenther. Guenther came up from the team’s AHL Tucson Roadrunners. He only has two games under his belt in the 23-24 season but has made the most of his call-up. He has already recorded two goals and an assist; you can see him maybe adding to the point column tonight.
Coyotes also look to start another winning streak tonight vs the Calgary Flames. They came off an excellent win vs. a top team in the league, Boston Bruins; Clayton Keller, Nick Schmaltz, Matias Maccelli, and Dylan Guenther all contributed to the Coyote’s goals Tuesday night. Look to see the Coyotes top lines performing at a high rate again, as they were on a cold streak for a little bit. Coyotes’ bottom six core has scored many of the Coyotes’ goals this season. So it is time to see Keller, Lawson Crouse, Maccelli, and Schmaltz all contributing to tonight’s game. Keller also looks to be 11th all-time in franchise history to record 148 goals with the team; he is currently tied with Teemu Selanne at 147 goals all-time.
Calgary Flames
Calgary Flames, on the other hand, have had quite the season. Are they in rebuild mode? Are they still looking to be a playoff team? All I know is the Flames look to be a playoff-contending team, as they are right outside of a wild-card spot in the west. Kadri and Coleman are tied for the team’s point leaders, and a young forward, Yegor Sharangovich, is 2nd on the team in points. Coleman is also very close to tying his career high in goals(22), which is five short. He is on pace to score 34 goals this year.
Jonathon Huberdeau has had a struggling season with the Calgary Flames but can still be “that” player for the team. He has six goals and 15 assists on the year and can still be a dangerous player out on the ice. He looks to bring his A-game vs the Arizona Coyotes tonight.
