Arizona: Connor Ingram (17-16-3, 2.85 GAA) / Karel Vejmelka (8-16-2, 3.51 GAA)

Wrap Up

The Detroit Red Wings have dropped three straight games and tonight is a must-win as they need to snap that skid and pick up a crucial two points against the Coyotes before a tough game tomorrow night against the Vegas Golden Knights. The New York Islanders are hard-charging and are not far behind the Red Wings or the Lightning as they now trail by two points. This is the toughest stretch and test for Detroit without their leader and captain Dylan Larkin, but someone like David Perron or Patrick Kane needs to step up and be leaders in the locker room and get things right to help lead the Red Wings back to the playoffs.

In their last ten games against Arizona, Detroit is 5-3-2, and have been outscored 36-33 in those ten games. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season, last year they split the season series with each team winning at home in a shootout.
