Winnipeg Jets Sign Final RFA to One-Year Contract

The Winnipeg Jets have signed their last restricted free agent to a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000. The 23-year-old Declan Chisholm was selected in the fifth round at 150th overall during the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.

Chisholm officially the Manitoba Moose in the 2020-21 season, where he posted two goals and 11 assists for 13 points in 28 games. The defenseman impressed enough people to appear in two NHL games during the 2021-22 season. While Chisholm has yet to earn his first NHL goal and point, he has shown consistent development in the past two years.
