Key Things To Look For In Tonight’s Game
One of the biggest storylines ahead of tonight’s contest is the return of the Jets former captain, Blake Wheeler. In the offseason, he was bought out after a trade was unable to be made, and then he signed with the New York Rangers. This will be an emotional night for the fans, Wheelers’ old team and teammates, and for Wheelers’ family.
As for the Winnipeg Jets, both Nikolaj Ehlers and Cole Perfetti are gaining momentum as they start to figure out that they have incredible chemistry together. Adam Lowry also is finding his stride by being strong defensively and showing that the choice to crown him as captain was a great choice. Generally speaking, the Winnipeg Jets have a strong leader for their team and they need to continue winning games.
