Lightning vs Avalanche Stanley Cup Final Game 2: Odds

The Colorado Avalanche outplayed the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final with a 4-3 overtime victory, but the Bolts were competitive despite not being at their best.

If Andrei Vasilevskiy doesn’t allow three goals in the opening period, and his Lightning teammates stay out of the box, it could be a different game. The Avalanche entered the Cup Finals netting 14 powerplay goals on 45 attempts, good for 31 percent. They went 1 for 5 in Game 1, but that goal turned out to be the margin of victory.
