The NHL is announcing daily the Quarter Century teams for all 32 teams. Today they revealed the Nashville Predators two teams. The first team forwards Mike Fisher, Filip Forsberg, and Paul Kariya on defense were Roman Josi and Shea Weber and the goalie was Pekka Rinne. The second team forwards are Ryan Johansen, David Legwand, and Steve Sullivan, on defense it’s Mattias Ekholm and Kimmo Timonen, and finally, the goalie is Juuse Saros.

First Team
Mike Fisher
The Predators acquired Fisher on February 10, 2011. He spent eight seasons with Nashville playing in 429 games recording 241 points on 111 goals and 130 assists. He finished seventh in the Selke voting during his time in Nashville.
Filip Forsberg
Nashville acquired Forsberg on April 3, 2013. He’s spent all 13 seasons of his NHL career with the Predators playing in 746 games recording 654 points on 305 goals and 349 assists. He finished fourth in the Calder Memorial Trophy voting in his rookie season and is a two-time All-Star.
Paul Kariya
Kariya spent two seasons with the Predators. He was signed by Nashville on August 5, 2005. In 164 games with the Predators, he recorded 161 points on 55 goals and 106 assists.
Roman Josi
Nashville selected Josi 38th overall in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. He also spent his entire 14-year career with the Predators playing in 953 games. He’s recorded 721 points on 190 goals and 531 assists. He’s a three-time All-Star and won the Norris Trophy for the 2019-20 season and finished second in voting twice in 2020-21 and 2023-24.
Shea Weber
The Predators drafted Weber 49th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. He spent 11 seasons in Nashville playing 763 games. Weber recorded 443 points on 166 goals and 277 assists. He was a five-time All-Star and won the Messier Leadership Award in 2015-16. Weber finished in the top five in Norris Trophy voting five times in his tenure with Nashville.
Pekka Rinne
Nashville drafted Rinne with the 258th overall pick in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. He spent all 15 seasons in Nashville appearing in 683 games. he went 369-213-75 with a .917 save percentage and a 2.43 goals-against average. Rinne won the Vezina in 2017-18 and finished in the top five in voting three other seasons, he also was a three-time All-Star. He won the Clancy Memorial Trophy in 2020-21. Rinne also went on to finish in the top five in Hart Trophy voting in 2010-11 and fourth in the Calder Memorial Trophy in 2008-09.

Second Team
Ryan Johansen
The Predators acquired Johansen on January 6, 2016. He spent eight seasons in Nashville playing in 533 games. Johansen recorded 362 points on 110 goals and 252 assists. He was tied for the team in points the seasons they went to the Stanley Cup.
David Legwand
Nashville drafted Legwand second overall in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. He spent 15 seasons with the Predators playing in 956 games. Legwand recorded 566 points on 210 goals and 356 assists. He finished as high as 12th in Selke Trophy voting.
Steve Sullivan
Nashville traded for Sullivan on February 16, 2004. Sullivan spent six seasons with Nashville appearing in 317 games. He recorded 263 points on 100 goals and 163 assists as a Predator. He won the Masterson Memorial Trophy in 2008-09.
Mattias Ekholm
The Predators drafted Ekholm 102nd overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. He spent his first 12 seasons in Nashville playing in 719 games. Ekholm recorded 268 points on 62 goals and 206 assists. He finished tenth in Norris Trophy voting in 2018-19.
Kimmo Timonen
Nashville acquired Timonen on June 26, 1998. He spent eight seasons in Nashville appearing in 573 games. Timonen recorded 301 points on 79 goals and 222 assists. He was a two-time All-Star and finished fifth in the Norris Trophy voting in 2006-07.
Juuse Saros
The Predators drafted Saros 99th overall in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He’s spent all ten of his NHL seasons with Nashville making 387 appearances. He is 193-138-38 with a .915 save percentage and a 2.65 goals-against average. He’s finished in the top five of the Vezina Trophy voting the last three straight seasons, he is also a two-time All-Star.
