Nashville Predators Roster Transactions 10/21

The Nashville Predators are still looking for their first win of the 2024-25 season, not only that but they are currently still searching for their first points, they currently are the only team in all of hockey that does not have a point this season. The Predators lost on Saturday to the Detroit Red Wings to drop to 0-5-0 on the season and tomorrow night they have a tough game as they take on the Boston Bruins. Today, they announced that they have recalled forward Zachary L’Heureux from the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL, and he could be slated to make his NHL debut tomorrow night against the Bruins. The 5-11 196 lb forward will bring some energy and much-needed grit to the Predators. This season with the Admirals he’s recorded five points in four games on three goals and two assists.

The Nashville Predators drafted L’Heureux with the 27th overall pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. Following the draft, he spent two more seasons with the Halifax Mooseheads, he would appear in 79 games recording 98 points on 43 goals and 55 assists, he was a combined plus 30 and had 98 penalty minutes. In 2023-24 he joined the Admiral playing in 66 games where he finished with 48 points on 19 goals and 29 assists; he finished as a plus-ten and had 197 penalty minutes. In the Calder Cup playoffs last season, he played in 15 games recording 15 points on ten goals and five assists; he finished as a plus-two and had 62 penalty minutes.
