The Flames had their four game win streak snapped on Thursday in a 5-2 loss to the Dallas Stars. They are now 6-5-2 in March, averaging 2.6 goals per game while allowing 3.1 goals per game. Despite the loss Nazem Kadri extended his goal streak to five games in which he has seven goals in that stretch.

Edmonton Oilers News & Notes: 

The Oilers dropped their second straight game on Thursday in a 6-1 loss to the Seattle Kraken. They’ve dropped two of their three games with Connor McDavid and Leon Draistil out of the lineup. In that span they’re averaging three goals a game while allowing 4.7 goals per game. Zach Hyman is on a five game point streak recording five goals and two assists.
