The Flames take a three-game losing streak into New York tonight where they face the Rangers at Madison Square Garden. Calgary is 12-14-6 on the road this season and is 3-4-3 in their last ten games. The Flames are averaging 4.1 penalties per game, 4th most in the league. This is the second and final meeting between these two teams with Calgary taking the first meeting 3-2 on November 21 in Calgary. 

New York Rangers News & Notes:

The Rangers had their brief two-game winning streak snapped with a 3-1 loss to Edmonton on Sunday. New York is 16-15-3 at home this season and has a -1 goal differential this season. New York currently sits in the second wild card spot with a precarious one-point lead on Montreal. The Canadiens have two games in hand on the Rangers.

Jonathan Huberdeau leads the Flames in scoring with 50 points (25g, 25a) this season. The 6-foot-1 pivot has points in three straight games and seven points in eight games in March. Huberdeau had an assist in the Flames victory over the Rangers in November. 

New York Rangers 

Artemi Panarin leads the Rangers in scoring with 72 points (29g, 43a) in 66 games. The 6-foot-0 winger has 13 points in nine games this month and will try to extend his point streak to ten games tonight against the Flames.
