Calgary Flames Notes:

The Flames are off to one of the best starts in franchise history (4-0-0) which they’ve done twice before – 1993-94 and 2009-2010. Calgary has started 2-0-0 within the division but will face a difficult test against Seattle. The road team won all 4 meetings between these 2 teams a year ago.

Seattle Kraken Notes:

The Kraken has scored 13 goals in the last 2 games since being shutout 2-0 by the Dallas Stars. Seattle won their only division game of the season, a 6-2 victory in their season opener at home against Edmonton. This is the 2nd game of a 5 game homestand for the Kraken.
