The Flames were 13-12-1 in the Pacific Division last season. Calgary was 18th in the NHL in goals scored last season averaging 3.09 goals per game. Flame stars Nazem Kadri and Jonathan Huberdeau believe Calgary has a “sneaky good” amount of talent and are hoping the Flames will be a surprise playoff contender.

Vancouver – Free Agent signee Jake DeBrusk arrives in Vancouver after an up-and-down stint in Boston. DeBrusk will be on his natural LW with dynamic center Elias Pettersson and is likely to have a big year for the Cup contending Canucks.
