Chicago Blackhawks Notes:

Chicago has lost four in a row since they started the season 2-1-1, and it won’t get any easier against a Colorado team finally hitting its stride. Colorado has won five straight and scored 21 goals during that span.

Colorado Avalanche Notes:

Colorado has righted the ship after a slow start to the 2024-25 season. The injuries didn’t help with the slow start, but Devon Toews has returned from injury, and Arturi Lehkonen is getting closer every day. Lehkonen will be evaluated on the 29th but is practicing with the team.
