The Oilers went 3-0 early getting four unanswered goals from Viktor Arvidsson, Brett Kulak, Connor McDavid, and Evan Bouchard. Vancouver Canucks News & Notes: 

The Canucks unlike the Oilers are trending the wrong way as they dropped their second straight on and their eighth in their last ten on Thursday in a 5-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings. They’ve allowed 3.4 goals per game in that ten-game stretch while scoring 1.9 goals per game. Since the return of Elias Pettersson, he’s had only one point on an assist.
