Florida Panthers News & Notes:

The Panthers have lost three of their last four games, and in a weird scheduling quirk, they played two in a row against New Jersey and then two straight against the Winnipeg Jets. Florida is 6-3-0 on the road this season as they face off against the Blackhawks tonight in Chicago. Florida is in second place in the Atlantic Division only one point behind first place Toronto but the Panthers have a game in hand.

Chicago Blackhawks News & Notes:

The Blackhawks have lost three straight games and were outscored 10-4 during that stretch. Chicago is 2-5-0 at the United Center this season and is in last place in the Central Division. The Blackhawks are last in the NHL in goal scoring with 45 goals in 19 games.
