The Kings beat the Florida Panthers 2-1 on January 22 to snap a two-game losing streak. Los Angeles has been 2-3-0 in their last five games and will be tested as they head out on a five-game road trip that begins tonight in Columbus. The Kings have been breaking even on the road with an 11-11-4 record. Los Angeles won the first matchup between these two clubs with a 5-2 victory in LA on November 9.

Columbus Blue Jackets News & Notes:

Tonight is the first game in Columbus after the Blue Jackets returned from a four-game road trip where they went 1-2-1. Columbus sits in the second wild-card spot and has been tremendous at home this season trying to extend a four-game home winning streak and is 16-5-3 overall at Nationwide Arena.
