Minnesota is 6-1-1 in road games this season and is coming off a victory last night in San Jose, 5-2 over the Sharks. Matt Boldy scored two goals and Wild leading scoring Karil Kaprizov added three assists in the win. The Wild have been one of the best teams in the league starting the season 9-2-2 through 13 games.

Anaheim Ducks News & Notes:

The Ducks had a rough night on Tuesday as they were beaten 5-1 by the Vancouver Canucks at the Honda Center. The Ducks have lost 3 in a row and four of their last five games. Anaheim will have to play one of their best games of the year to beat a tough Wild squad.

Minnesota Wild

Matt Boldy has goals in three of his last four games, and the Millis, Massachusetts native leads the Wild in goals with eight. Boldy is second on the Wild in points with 15, trailing only Karil Kaprizov who leads Minnesota with 24 points this season.

Anaheim Ducks

Lukas Dostal has been tremendous in goal for Anaheim this season. The 24-year-old netminder has been one of the best stories of the NHL season to date. The Brno, Czechia native is 4-4-2 with a .930% save percentage, a 2.50 goals against average, and a shutout. If not for Dostal the Ducks would be much lower in the standings.
