Minnesota Wild News & Notes:
The Wild lost their last game 6-0 to Ottawa on February 1 in the fourth game of a five-game road trip that finishes tonight in Boston. The Wild have gone 3-1-0 so far on the trip and have the league’s best road record at 20-6-3. Minnesota is 29-3-2 when they score three or more goals in a game this season.
Boston Bruins News & Notes:
The Bruins have been up and down recently dropping two lopsided decisions to the Sabres and Jets getting outscored 13-4 before beating the Rangers 6-3 in their most recent contest. The Bruins currently sit just outside of playoff position with three games to go before the 4 Nations Faceoff. Hampus Lindholm has been skating but the Bruins are being cautious and Lindholm will mostly return after the 4 Nations Tournament. The Bruins need to take care of business in the next three games before the 4 Nations break or it may be a signal that it’s time for the Bruins to sell.
