Karil Kaprizov seems to have avoided serious injury on Thursday night. He would not confirm he is 100 percent but he appears to be fine and should be ready to go in Calgary tonight. Matthew Boldy is also OK after getting some stitches. The Wild have allowed the fewest 5v5 goals a game in the NHL this season (1.37).

Calgary has won three games in a row after defeating the New York Rangers 3-2 on Thursday night. Connor Zary scored the game-winner in the third period. Jonathan Huberdeau picked up his 500th career assist on the goal by Zary. Dustin Wolf, starting his third straight game, stopped 27 of 29 shots for the victory.

Karil Kaprizov and Matt Boldy extended their point streaks to seven games and five games as they each had points in the Wild’s 5-3 victory over the Oilers in Edmonton on Thursday. Kaprizov is tied for the NHL lead in scoring with 34 points (13g, 21a) in 19 games this season.

Calgary Flames

DMatt Coronato had a goal and an assist in Calgary’s 3-2 victory over the Rangers on Thursday. Coronato tied for the team lead in goals with six in 15 games. The 22-year-old New York native has 9 points on the season.
