Minnesota Wild Notes:

The Minnesota Wild have had a mixed start to the 2024-25 season. They suffered a 2-1 overtime loss to the Winnipeg Jets on October 13, following another close shootout defeat to the Seattle Kraken the night before. Despite these losses, the Wild have earned a point in each of their last two games. Joel Eriksson-Ek should provide a boost to the Wild as he returns to the lineup after suffering a broken nose.

St. Louis Blues Notes:

The Blues have had a strong start to the season going 2-1 on a three-game road trip to start the season. St. Louis fans will be fired up for the Blues’ home opener as they open against division rival, the Minnesota Wild. St Louis held a 3-1 edge in the series last season, winning the last three.

Players To Watch:

St. Louis – Jordan Kyrou has exploded out of the gate with 6 points (2 goals and 4 assists) in 3 games. Kyrou has been responsible defensively as well, as he’s a +4 so far. His strong two-hundred-foot game is one of the main reasons the Blues have had a good start to the season.
