New York Rangers News & Notes:
The Rangers travel to Minnesota and hope to snap their four-game losing streak tonight. New York is 15-14-3 on the road and 4-4-2 in their last ten games. The Rangers are 2 points behind Columbus for the last Wild Card spot going into tonight’s action. New York has a -3 goal differential this season.
Minnesota Wild News & Notes:
After dropping a pair of 3-1 contests, the Wild rebounded for a 2-1 shootout victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday night. The Wild are 15-14-1 at home this season and 5-5-0 in their last ten games as they try to survive injuries to Kirill Kaprizov, Joel Eriksson Ek, and, most recently, Jonas Brodin. This is the first of two meetings between these clubs this season, with the next taking place on April 2 in New York.
