The Senators picked up their fifth straight win on Thursday as well as their seventh win in their last eight games as they beat the Calgary Flames 3-2 in overtime. During the recent five-game stretch they’ve been led by Linus Ullmark who has started all five games posting a 1.14 goals against average and a .967 save percentage as well as picking up two shutouts in that span.

Vancouver Canucks News & Notes: 

The Canucks suffered their second straight loss on Thursday against the Vegas Golden Knights. Vancouver has dropped five of their last seven allowing 2.9 goals per game while averaging two goals per game in that stretch.
